1. Introduction
Welcome to MunFung (https://munfung.com). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our platform and the purchase of our premium real-touch silk florals, high-simulation hanging vines, and lifelike potted plants. By accessing our site and placing an order, you agree to be fully bound by these terms. If you have any inquiries, please contact our Brand Manager, Mia, at mia@munfung.com.
2. Business Models & Account Eligibility
We operate a multi-tier commercial platform designed to serve diverse buyer profiles across three core models:
- Retail Buyers (B2C): For individual customers purchasing single items for personal home decoration. No minimum requirements apply.
- Small-Scale Wholesale Buyers (Low-MOQ): Designed for independent wedding planners, local florists, and boutique studio owners seeking professional discounts with flexible, lower minimum order constraints.
- High-Volume Bulk Buyers (B2B): Engineered for commercial enterprise sourcing, distributors, hotel decorators, and large-scale event production firms requiring high-volume manufacturing and container-load shipping. We reserve the right to verify business credentials prior to approving premium tier B2B accounts.
3. Intellectual Property and Copyright Protection
All digital assets displayed on this website—including but not limited to registered brand logos, custom-engineered product photography, high-definition styling videos, and proprietary textual copy—are the exclusive intellectual property of MunFung and are protected under United Kingdom and international copyright frameworks. Unauthorized harvesting, downloading, or commercial exploitation of our media assets to list products on third-party channels (including Amazon, eBay, Wayfair, or independent Shopify sites) is strictly prohibited. Legal enforcement will be pursued automatically upon infringement detection.
4. Pricing Structures, Currency, and Payment Methods
- Retail & Low-MOQ Pricing: Managed dynamically via our online storefront. Wholesale discounts are automatically triggered based on automated quantity tiers added to the cart.
- High-Volume Pricing: Custom negotiated via pro forma invoices issued by our sales team.
- Payment Terms: We accept secure instant online payments via major international credit cards (Stripe) and PayPal for retail and minor bulk orders.
- High-Volume/Enterprise Orders: For high-volume enterprise orders exceeding $5,000 USD, payment must be settled securely via Bank Wire Transfer (T/T) to our designated commercial settlement accounts (including our specialized XTransfer B2B global receiving channels). Such bulk production orders strictly require a non-refundable 30% deposit to initiate manufacturing, with the remaining 70% balance paid in full and verified prior to cargo dispatch.
5. Order Cancellation and Modification Protocols
- Retail & Small Bulk Orders: Once an order is confirmed and has entered the international packing and sorting phase, modifications or cancellations cannot be accommodated.
- High-Volume Enterprise Orders: Because our high-end real-touch silk flowers and commercial plants are produced in coordinated batches to ensure exact color-matching (dye-lot consistency), high-volume production orders cannot be canceled, amended, or refunded once the manufacturing deposit is received.
6. Global Logistics, Custom Freight, and Import Liabilities
We facilitate worldwide shipping across all order sizes via a network of trusted international freight forwarders.
- Logistics Allocation: Small retail and minor bulk orders are shipped via premium international express air couriers (e.g., FedEx, DHL, UPS) with end-to-end tracking. Large bulk orders are managed via Air Cargo, Ocean Freight (FCL/LCL), or dedicated rail networks depending on destination routing.
- Import Customs and Tariffs: In strict accordance with international commercial terms (Incoterms), the importing business or individual buyer of record is solely and fully responsible for executing local customs clearance, paying all mandatory import duties, VAT, and localized tariffs imposed at entry ports (including but not limited to the US, UK, EU, and Australia). MunFung is not liable for border clearance delays caused by incomplete buyer licensing or regional carrier backlogs.
7. Limitation of Liability and Aesthetic Variances
MunFung crafts products of exceptional realism. Buyers acknowledge that high-end artificial botanicals may exhibit microscopic structural or tonal variances due to artisan hand-finishing processes. Minor curvature of stems or foliage compression sustained during high-pressure maritime or air transport is standard and easily remedied via commercial steaming. MunFung shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including commercial revenue loss, client venue penalties, or delayed event production fees). Our total financial liability is strictly capped at the net purchase price paid for the specific affected inventory.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the brand owner resides.
9. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms and Conditions dynamically without prior individual notice to capture evolving international trade guidelines. The most current version published on this page supersedes all prior historical digital agreements.
